Biofiller Treatments | PRF, PRP & EZ Gel | Blush Beauty Lounge

Biofillers & Regenerative Aesthetics

Natural rejuvenation, powered by you.

What if your injectable treatment could do more than simply add volume?

At Blush Beauty Lounge, our regenerative aesthetic treatments use components from your own blood to support collagen production, improve skin quality, restore subtle volume, and help your skin look healthier over time.

Treatments like PRP, PRF, and EZ Gel Biofiller take a different approach to facial rejuvenation. Rather than simply filling a line or changing the shape of a feature, regenerative treatments work with your body’s own healing processes to improve the skin and tissue from within.

The result? A refreshed, natural-looking appearance that still looks like you.

What Is a Biofiller?

A biofiller is an injectable treatment created using components derived from your own blood rather than a traditional manufactured dermal filler.

A small amount of blood is drawn during your appointment and processed to isolate concentrated platelets, fibrin, plasma, proteins, and growth factors. Depending on the treatment, these components can then be injected in liquid form or transformed into a soft gel.

Biofillers are designed to support:

  • Natural collagen and elastin production
  • Improved skin texture and quality
  • Softening of fine lines and crepey skin
  • Improved appearance of hollowness
  • Subtle restoration of volume
  • Gradual tissue rejuvenation

Because regenerative treatments rely heavily on your body’s own response, results tend to develop more gradually and can vary from person to person.

Biofiller vs. Traditional Dermal Filler

Both treatments can be beautiful options—but they aren’t trying to accomplish exactly the same thing.

Traditional dermal fillers, such as hyaluronic acid fillers, are specifically formulated to add predictable volume, definition, and structure. They are ideal when we want to sculpt or enhance an area such as the lips, cheeks, chin, or jawline.

Biofillers take a more regenerative approach. Instead of introducing a traditional filler product, we use components from your own blood to encourage collagen production, improve tissue quality, and—in the case of EZ Gel—provide soft, subtle volume.

Think of it this way:

Traditional filler = shape + structure + volume

Biofiller = regeneration + skin quality + soft volume

One isn’t necessarily “better” than the other. They simply have different strengths. In some cases, we may even recommend combining traditional filler with regenerative treatments for the best overall result.

PRP | Platelet-Rich Plasma

PRP is one of the original regenerative aesthetic treatments.

A small amount of your blood is drawn and processed in a centrifuge to separate and concentrate plasma containing platelets and growth factors. The resulting liquid can then be injected or paired with treatments such as microneedling.

PRP may help improve:

  • Overall skin quality
  • Fine lines
  • Texture and tone
  • Collagen production
  • The appearance of aging skin
  • Hair and scalp rejuvenation

Because PRP remains a liquid, it is not designed to create significant facial volume. Instead, think of PRP primarily as a treatment for skin regeneration and collagen support.

PRF | Platelet-Rich Fibrin

PRF is the next generation of platelet-based regenerative treatments.

Like PRP, PRF begins with a simple blood draw. However, the processing method is different. PRF creates a fibrin-rich matrix containing concentrated platelets and growth factors without the anticoagulants commonly used in traditional PRP processing.

The fibrin matrix allows growth factors to be released more gradually, making PRF an exciting option when our goal is ongoing tissue rejuvenation.

PRF may be used for:

  • Under-eye rejuvenation
  • Crepey or thinning skin
  • Fine lines
  • Skin quality
  • Collagen stimulation
  • Facial rejuvenation
  • Hair and scalp treatments

PRF is especially appealing for delicate areas where we’re looking for regeneration rather than dramatic volume.

EZ Gel | Our Natural Biofiller

EZ Gel takes PRF one step further.

After your blood is processed, portions of the plasma are carefully heated and cooled to create a smooth, gel-like consistency. This gel is then combined with concentrated regenerative components from your blood to create your own personalized biofiller.

The result is an injectable that can provide soft volume while also supporting your body’s natural collagen response.

EZ Gel may be a beautiful option for:

  • Under-eye hollowness
  • Tired-looking eyes
  • Fine lines around the mouth
  • Soft lip rejuvenation
  • Early facial volume loss
  • Crepey or thinning skin
  • Improving overall tissue quality

Unlike traditional filler, EZ Gel isn’t intended to create dramatic projection or sharply sculpt facial features. The volume is typically softer and more subtle, while the regenerative benefits continue to develop as your body responds to treatment.

This makes EZ Gel especially exciting for patients who tell us:

“I want to look refreshed—I just don’t want to look filled.”

PRP vs. PRF vs. EZ Gel

Although all three treatments begin with your own blood, they are prepared differently and serve different purposes.

Which Treatment Is Right for Me?

That depends on what you want to change.

If your main concern is skin texture, glow, collagen support, or hair restoration, PRP may be recommended.

If you’re concerned about thin or crepey skin, under-eye aging, or want more concentrated regenerative support, PRF may be a better fit.

If you’re noticing hollowness or early volume loss but don’t necessarily want traditional filler, EZ Gel may give us the combination of soft volume and regenerative benefits we’re looking for.

And sometimes, the best answer isn’t just one treatment.

Our providers can create a customized regenerative plan using PRP, PRF, EZ Gel, microneedling, traditional injectables, or other treatments based on your anatomy and goals.

A Different Approach to Aging

At Blush, we’re not interested in changing what makes you look like you.

Regenerative aesthetics gives us another way to approach aging—one focused on restoring, stimulating, and supporting your own tissue rather than simply adding more product.

Whether you’re starting to notice tired under-eyes, subtle volume loss, fine lines, or changes in the quality of your skin, we’ll help you understand your options and choose the treatment that makes the most sense for you.
